RETURNS POLICY

We will replace any of our physically defective product immediately at our cost. However, we cannot accept returns for any other reason. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the product you are ordering, please listen to the demos of the product on this website or visit one of our distributor locations for a trial BEFORE you order. If you have a defective product, please contact the store you purchased it from within 5 days of purchase. Packages sent back without an invoice will not be accepted by us. Moreover, the full package alongwith its contents has to be returned to the store where purchased from.
